HeartPhones

HeartPhones

Heartphones is a system for continuous heart rate monitoring comprising sensor earphones and a mobile application. By integrating sensors into earbuds and performing measurements near the tragus, our system offers better shielding from ambient light and higher signal to noise ratio compared to previous work that used sensors embedded in the horn and ear cushion of headphones for sensing on the external ear cartilage.
